Terms and Conditions

By making and confirming a booking the hirer unconditionally accepts all of these terms and conditions and requirements and limitations found in the Something Blue Limousine Hire terms and conditions web page.

Our Rolls-Royce is not available for self drive.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all passengers are aware of these terms and conditions.
No food, drink or smoking is permitted within the Rolls-Royce and the hirer is liable for any excess cleaning of the interior.

In the event of body or paint damage to the vehicle due to negligence by the hirer or hirer’s party the hires is liable for all repairs.

No objects or parts of a body are to be placed outside the Rolls-Royce whilst in motion.

The driver may end the journey at any point without refund if passenger behaviour is illegal, inappropriate or offensive.

The Rolls-Royce is hired for a minimum period of 2 hours, which commences when the Rolls-Royce arrives at the designated time and pick up location.

Rates start at time of pick up and price applies from pick-up time to drop-off.

Bookings Payments and Cancellations

Requests for Quotes and/or tentative bookings may be made by phone or email and Quotes are valid for 14 days

Bookings only become confirmed when a minim $150 (non- refundable) deposit on the total quoted price is received and /or is accepted by Something Blue Limousine Hire.

Full payment of balance must be received 3 weeks prior to service date. If the full balance is not received by the due date Something Blue Limousine Hire may consider it as a cancellation. The client may cancel up to 3 weeks prior to service date and receive a refund less non-refundable deposit.  Personal circumstances may be considered in obtaining a refund.

Subject availability, we may be able to take last minute hire bookings and payments up to the day prior to the date required.

Journeys exceeding the booked time may incur overtime charges $50 per 30 minute intervals and are to be paid to the driver on the day.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that there is adequate time to travel to and from destinations.

Travelling time  will be incurred for Gold Coast,  Sunshine Coast, and Hinterland appointments.

Limitations of Use

Driveways or small stretches of unsealed roads may be agreed upon, but unfortunately, due to damage that may occur we cannot take the Rolls-Royce on long unsealed roads without prior discussion. Very special cases may be catered for.

Any overly intoxicated person who is deemed to be unable to travel safely will not be permitted to ride.

As with any vehicle there is always a chance of a mechanical breakdown or accident. If this situation occurs every effort will be made to arrange a substitute vehicle, or a full refund will be offered.

Limitation of Liability

While all care is taken, no responsibility is taken for items left in vehicle.

The hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by the hirer or passengers. This includes incitement or behaviour resulting in damage to the vehicle or its contents by a third party.

The hirer holds Something Blue Limousine Hire harmless of any liability for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his or her party.

The hirer accepts and indemnifies Something Blue Limousine Hire and its employees against any loss, consequential or otherwise as a result, direct or otherwise of a failure to meet time deadlines. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that there is adequate time to travel to and from destinations. Furthermore, the hirer indemnifies Something Blue Limousine Hire against any and all claims as a result, direct or otherwise, consequential or otherwise, of failure to arrive at the destination at the appropriate time or at all.

Subject to any rights the customer/hirer may have by law, in no event will Something Blue Limousine Hire be liable for any loss or damage which the customer/hirer suffers as are a result of Something Blue Limousine Hire’s actions or the actions of its agents.

All formalities’ aside Something Blue Limousine Hire operates with integrity, and understanding of your needs. We would love to share the special qualities of our beautiful Rolls-Royce with you on your special occasion.

We welcome the use of our vehicle in photographs of your special event.

Something Blue Limousine Hire is fully licensed and accredited with Queensland Transport in all operations needed to conduct our business in Queensland.

Special Purpose Limousine Service Licence

Operator Accreditation.  : – Limousine Service

Driver Authorisation.

A Certificate of Inspection at a QLD Transport Inspection Centre every six months is required by our Rolls-Royce to pass prescribed safety standards.
